The Seller's View!
We bought our home as a new build and have loved our 12 years living here. It’s perfectly located for us, a 45 minute walk (or short drive) into the centre of Chester in one direction, and the beautiful countryside in the other direction for great country walks, pubs and bike rides. We love to entertain and both the open plan kitchen/diner and the garden have seen some great gatherings over the years. The estate is really friendly, with lovely neighbours and a real community feel. The local Co-op is really convenient, along with the post office at Walkers garden centre , meaning you never have to go far for the essentials. If you have primary school aged children, you’re ideally placed for the school. We are keen gardeners and had a bespoke green house fitted to the side of the house which we will include in the asking price, along with the electric awning and hot tub.
