All bedrooms have a 4ft wide double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk.  The sitting room has an L-shaped sofa and is connected to the kitchen.  The kitchen has a dining table and chairs and a view onto the garden.  The kitchen is new and well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, one full hieght fridge and one fridge freezer.

There are two bathrooms which have a shower, sink and lavatory.

The landord will assist with the maintenance of the garden and will supply a television, hoover, kettle, toaster, cuttlery, crockery and saucepans. 

The house is tastefully decorated with wooden floors in five out of six bedrooms and painted shades of light grey.

There is gas central heating with a timer, radiators with thermostatic valves and the windows are double glazed. 

At the back of the house is a large enclosed garden with mature shrubs and lavender.  There are chairs and a table for the garden.  The front of the house has an off road parking space.

The location is close to Oldfield Park and to Lidl and the student housing blocks on Lower Bristol Road.

There is a secure bike store at the front of the house.
