We (landlord) require occasional access through the flat to a self contained studio in the loft. We do NOT share living spaces with the flat (the studio has its own bathroom & kitchen), we just require access through it. We travel a lot and use the loft studio only 4 weeks per year. We also have an assistant who works from the loft approx one morning a week. Council tax will be shared with us and contribution to the utility bills when we are staying.
