Description

A landmark re-developed home of significant grandeur that wouldn’t be amiss in the French Alps or on lake Garda. The current owners have thoughtfully enlarged and reconfigured the property creating a breathtaking space with significant flexibility over two floors with a separate annexe as well.

The ground floor accommodation leads from the vaulted hallway offering four separate reception rooms which provides plenty of space for a large family, bedroom with ensuite, family bathroom, utility room and WC. The open plan kitchen/dining/family area will certainly become the hub of the home being dual aspect with a stunning vaulted ceiling and bi-fold doors onto the substantial patio area. There are two cellars/basement offering ideal storage or for conversion into a wine cellar! With four bedrooms and four bathrooms upon the first floor, three of the bedrooms also boast balconies.

Externally there is an open car port for 2 cars with additional living accommodation offering an excellent space for a nanny or even a granny annexe. Ample gravelled parking is located to the front and accessed vias electric retracting gates. The rear garden offers an excellent degree of privacy being combining a large lawn and patio area which spans the full width of the property.

Homes such as this rarely come to the market, don’t hesitate, call now on to view.
