Description

Why buy this home?

Straight away, as you walk through the front door of this duplex apartment, you get a real sense of space! On the ground floor, the entrance hallway is a good size, with an under the stairs cupboard, ideal for storing coats and shoes. There is also a convenient downstairs WC leading off from the hallway.

First, you come to the kitchen/diner, which has a large window bringing plenty of natural light into the room. The kitchen comes with an integrated washing machine and dishwasher, and there is space for a freestanding fridge/freezer. There is a good amount of cupboard and worktop space, as well as room for a four seater dining table and chairs; perfect if you like to cook and entertain friends!

From the kitchen, large glass double doors lead into the living room, a really lovely feature that allows for flexible living. You can open the doors to create a more open-plan feel, or close them for a cosy separate space in the winter. The living room is spacious and the current owner has two sofas as well as a sideboard, but there are plenty of options to arrange your furniture however most suits you. If you need space to work from home, this room also has space for a desk and office chair.

Upstairs, the first floor features two excellent sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom feels particularly luxurious due to its size, with space for a super king-size bed, chest of drawers, and two large built-in double wardrobes. The second bedroom is also a great sized double, where you could comfortably fit a king size bed alongside a wardrobe or chest of drawers.

The modern bathroom is light and airy, with neutral full height tiling, a shower over the bath and a large window. There is also an airing cupboard on the first-floor landing for additional storage.

Outside, the property comes with allocated parking, with additional visitor spaces.
