Operating from prominent High Street locations in Beeston, Long Eaton, Stapleford and Arnold, our lettings branches work seamlessly alongside our established sales offices.

For more than 30 years, we have delivered a high-quality, fully compliant and customer-focused lettings service, now managing over 1,500 properties on behalf of both individual landlords and larger portfolio clients. With demand for rental homes continuing to rise, we now let at least two properties every working day, and our managed portfolio continues to expand year on year. Our Property Management Department is overseen by Directors Guy Hall and Louise Mitchell, who ensure our service remains proactive, compliant and aligned with the highest standards across Nottingham. Supporting them is our experienced network of Branch Lettings Managers, each bringing strong local knowledge and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Joe Marzano, our Arnold Branch Lettings Manager, leads the office with extensive lettings experience and a proactive approach to landlord and tenant care.

Laura Jones, Beeston Branch Lettings Manager, oversees one of our busiest locations, focusing on clear communication, compliance and smooth day-to-day management.

Chantelle Bonney, Stapleford Branch Lettings Manager, brings a hands-on, client-focused approach, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and achieve strong results.
