If you know this area you know you are spoilt for choice with the location, The Barbican, Shoreditch, Columbia Road, Spitalfields market, Brick Lane, Whitechapel Gallery are all very close with the Thames on your door step and Bermondsey and Rope Walk just a short walk over Tower Bridge. We used to enjoy looping around the river on our daily run in the mornings but there are plenty of gyms around too.
There is a Sainsburies local just a 2 minute walk away to pick up bits and a large Sainsburies store in Whitechapel. Tesco express stores are next to Liverpool Street station and Aldgate East station. Home bits can be bought in Argos (which sells Habitat goods) which is just a quick 5 minutes walk towards Whitechapel. There is so much on your doorstep in this location.
This flat was our home and so is finished to a high standard and maintained well. We have had tenants for many years now and are experienced landlords. No estate agents involved.
