We absolutely loved living here, but a change to our current circumstance has required a move out of the area

Located in the picturesque village of Aylesford on the river Medway, 4 miles outside of Maidstone, 3.5 miles from West Malling and Kings Hill. Medway Court is a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled between the river Medway and Ferryfields parkland

The property is located within a few seconds walk of the river Medway (literally just behind neighbours house) providing doorstep access to 28 miles of riverbank walks via the Medway Valley walk 

Within the village, we have St Peters Junior school (Ofsted good) and within catchment of the Ofsted excellent rated Ditton infants and Valley Invicta

The village is just a minutes walk over the impressive medieval bridge spanning the river Medway. Whilst the village is small and cosy, it's home to a family owned village shop, Barbers, Salon, three pubs, one of which dating back to the 14th century and warmed by a huge fireplace, making it a cosy stop perfect for winter! For the summer there is the Chequers with it's large terrace overlooking the river. The village also benefits from an artisan cocktail bar and fine dining restaurant
