'This house has been our first home and I have absolutely loved it. The dining room/living room has been a fab space for having people over for dinner and drinks and the garden is amazing to have in the summer for relaxing in the sun with a book. Sandling Avenue has been a great location for us with bus stops to town and the Mall a short walk away. It has been great to be able to walk to Gloucester Road at the weekends for coffee and up to Horfield Leisure Centre too. We will miss this house and we really hope the new owners find as much joy in it as we have done.'
