The balcony is lovely in summer.
There is an under counter fridge, a separate freezers, a slimline dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The cooker is electric and there is an electric boiler. Windows are double glazed. This is a lovely sociable flat. It is not in "luxury" condition but it is I would say very livable base in the heart of Waterloo, and the beating heart of London.
