PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
Throughout our tenancy we rarely had any issues and if there were it was dealt with promptly. If there was ever any issue the Landlord was very easy to contact and issues were efficiently dealt with. There are no complaints from us in terms of the Landlord’s service.
The location of the flat is extremely practical for public transport (between 2 underground stations, one overground station and bus stops). We enjoyed having options of markets, gyms, parks, cafes and restaurants nearby.
The flat faces a quiet street and we hardly ever heard street noise, which in combination with our discreet neighbours made a very peaceful environment.
The cosy flat itself served us perfectly. The kitchen storage space is very handy, as is the extra little storage room. The windows are our favourite part, offering amazing light all day and great airing. All appliances worked well. The heating works well and the size of the apartment makes it warm up quickly, allowing us to save energy.
In general, the flat, its location and the Landlords services were excellent. We lived very comfortably here and if we were not leaving London, we would have happily stayed longer in the flat.
