28 The Thatches sits in a private position within the site and offers cosy and comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious living room with dual aspect windows and sliding doors to the decking. The kitchen is naturally light with a range of integrated appliances and abundance of wall-mounted storage. The lodge has two double bedrooms, with the principle bedroom enjoying an ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe, and there is also a family bathroom.
Outside, the lodge sits in a well-maintained wrap-around garden with a spacious decking perfect for entertaining. There is an allocated parking space located a short walk away from the property.
TENURE
Lodge 28 is held on a 70 year licence from 2004. The annual service charge for 2026 (1st January to 31st December) is £6900 inc VAT, covering maintenance of the grounds, leisure facilities, grass cutting within lodge plots, park lighting and ground rent. The lodge is for holiday and recreational use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence. Further details are available on request.
