The bedrooms to the front enjoy some views of the valley and even a glimpse of the river. Outside there are larger than expected gardens to the front and rear. Undoubtedly one of the best features of the house is the rear south facing garden, flanked with large old oak trees to the rear and enjoying the sun most of the day. A block-built shed is located at the back of the garden and is predominantly for the landlord to store furniture, but it also houses the tumble drier and there’s room for a few push bikes etc. The contract starts on the 15th of June 2026, a guarantor is required to guarantee your proportion of the rent. room prices are £520 £500 £550 £520. bills are currently around £70 per month but may go up. there are no application fees and you will be renting from a local landlord with 26 years experience.
