This lovely property was built in 2011 and has been in the same ownership since then.  The terrace and garden overlook a golf course fairway and it is within about 25 minutes walking distance of a very pretty fishing port and town (2-3 minutes by car) via the Omaha Beach Golf Course which is just opposite.   The property is currently rented on Air B&B and VRBO for £1,300 - £1,400 per week in high season and the owners and guests have the use of the shared communal space, a sauna and 3 swimming pools.  The property can be occupied full time and the holiday complex and Reception are open 12 months of the year.  This residence located at Green Beach/Omaha, a few kilometres from Omaha Beach, the landing beaches and the centre of Port-en-Bessin-Huppain. Nestled in the heart of Omaha Beach golf course.  There is a cycle path from the Port to Bayeux and Omaha Beach.  Viewing is highly recommended.

The property is in the Calvados area of Normandy and is served by a train station at Bayeux is 9 km away and the nearest airport is Caen Carpiquet international airport which is 35km away. The American Cemetary at Colleville-sur-Mer is 9km away and Omaha Beach is 8km away. The town was captured by the Royal Marines of No 47 Commando in Operation Aubery during the Normandy landings and used as the terminal for PLUTO (Pipe-lines under the Ocean).  The town was used to represent Ouistreham in the 1962 film "The Longest Day" and you may recognise it from that.  Today it is a lively fishing port and town with all amenities.
