Only one owner. Great neighbours and a very friendly community. Garden a relaxing place to sit in the summer. Close to Waitrose, the railway station, Hoole, Boughton Medical Centre, a short walk on the towpath to town. Not forgetting Grosvenor Park and the river Dee. Wonderful sitting on the sunny balconies watching the world go by and chatting to neighbours. I have spent 20 extremely happy years living here.
