What our clients say...
We moved here just before welcoming our first child and now have two, so this house has been at the centre of family life from the very beginning. The location has been perfect for us, with the leisure centre just a short walk away where both children learned to swim, and weekends often spent at Camelsdale Recreation Ground playing football or at the nearby skatepark as they learned to ride their bikes. We’ve been lucky to have wonderful neighbours, with a real sense of community that’s hard to find. Haslemere itself offers great schools, friendly people and everything a growing family needs, which is why we’ve loved living here so much. It’s been a special home for us and a fantastic place to raise our family.
DOWNSTAIRS
Stepping through the front door, you’re welcomed into a spacious entrance hall, where your eye is immediately drawn through the living room to the garden and the trees beyond. The living room itself has a cosy feel, complete with a feature fireplace and bespoke shelving for added storage.
The recently updated kitchen is generous in size and offers ample worktop space, with a handy downstairs shower room and WC adjoining. The separate dining room is equally well-proportioned and features double doors that lead out to the rear garden, creating a lovely connection between inside and out.
UPSTAIRS
The principal bedroom, with views overlooking the garden, is a generously sized room offering excellent proportions with feature fireplace and space for freestanding furniture, as well as a built in storage cupboard. A second double bedroom benefiting from dual aspect windows, also overlooks the garden and is flooded with natrual light. A third bedroom ideal for a childs room or home office, rounds off the bedroom accommodation.
Completing the first floor is the family bathroom neutrally decorated with eaves storage, fitted with a bath, with handheld shower, wash basin, and WC.
OUTSIDE
Set back from the road, the property enjoys a private feel, with the added convenience of driveway parking. A side gate, as well as double doors from the dining room, provide easy access to the rear garden.
A real highlight of the home, the south easterly facing garden is a generous and private, enjoying leafy treetop views into the far the distance. There’s a patio area for outdoor dining and relaxing, with the rest mainly laid to lawn, framed by mature hedging.
A shed, and a summer house, currently set up as a children’s play space, adds a lovely, family-friendly touch and useful additional space.
