The land near Pasture Cross is situated between the villages of East Allington and Goveton, in the in the South Hams area of South Devon. The land is situated outside of an area designated as a National Landscape (formerly known as an AONB).

Any tender received by the deadline date will be subject to contract. Failure to do so within this time frame will result in the tender being rejected.
