The Seller's View
2 Earlsway is a lovely house in which I’ve very much enjoyed living. Situated on a pretty tree lined road and surrounded by friendly and helpful neighbours, the house has views of the Welsh hills from the front and the rear garden is not overlooked. Internally it’s been problem free as just over 5 years ago it was re-wired, a new boiler and radiators installed along with a new roof. I’ve very much enjoyed upgrading the house internally. Sitting in the beautifully landscaped rear garden in the warmer months, it’s delightful only to hear the sound of the birds. As well as being in walking distance of local shops, the house is only a 25-minute walk into Chester. In addition, there are some wonderful river and woodland walks directly from the door.
