Stephanie began her career in property in 1993 and quickly established herself in the industry. By 1998 she was managing and opening new offices for one of the region’s largest independent agencies, with responsibility across South Liverpool, Liverpool City Centre, and Southport. Rising through the ranks, she became a partner at one of Southport’s most respected firms before founding her own business. Today, Stephanie brings over 30 years of experience and is recognised as a trusted leader in residential sales and lettings, holding professional accreditation with Property Mark.

Simon Wall FRICS MNAEA

Simon started his property career in Southport in 1989 before moving to Liverpool to head the property management division at one of the region’s leading firms of chartered surveyors and estate agents. He became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in 2000 – one of the youngest in the country at the time – and was appointed managing partner of his firm the same year. With deep expertise in valuations, development, and professional property services, Simon has built a reputation for integrity and knowledge spanning more than three decades.
