There are two large, double bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath and there are 2 toilets (one in each bathroom). There is a large storage cupboard as you enter the flat and then a utility where the washing machine is kept. 

There is parking (a permit request is required), double glazing, and secure building entry within a good community and well-maintained building. The communal areas are very well looked after and there is a friendly WhatsApp group for the building of 36 flats. 

The landlord pays the service charge on the building but all other bills are organised and paid for by the tenant which will be council tax (£165 per month), plus water, electric and wifi, so this will likely be close to £300 a month for bills, just for budgeting purposes, if helpful). 

Our last tenant lived here for 2 years and is now moving to Scotland but has kept it in very good condition. We'd love the new tenant to look after the flat, be house proud and want to rent for the long-term. 

Furnishings include the curtains and a double bed in one of the bedrooms.
