A modern wet room with a shower, w.c., and hand basin completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor, the landing is spacious and has two useful, built in cupboards. There are three double bedrooms with the potential to split the main bedroom to give a fourth bedroom if needed. The principal room is dual aspect with fitted wardrobes at either end, and there are two further doubles, both of which are dual aspect and contain built in cupboards. The bathroom offers a Jack and Jill arrangement and is accessible from the main bedroom and the landing.
