As we overlook The Spinney we are fortunate to see how this changes season by season and in January and February this comes alive with a bed of purple and white crocus, snowdrops and daffodils, and quite often we see many people stopping and taking photographs of nature at its best. There are also squirrels, magpies, blackbirds to name a few making the Spinney their home. Pear Tree Way only has 15 houses in total. An abundance of primary schools in the area together with Upton High School within easy walking distance. There are plenty of shops within the area as well as Hoole and Chester City Centre within walking distance but also there is good public transport.
