Maskells is one of the longest established firms in Chelsea, operating in the area since 1965 and based on Walton Street from 1972. The company specialises in Prime Central London and has a track record of finding tenants for properties when other agencies have fallen short. Our experienced team always do what is required in order to secure the best possible price for our Landlords, whilst balancing the time the property remains unoccupied. They are acutely aware that lettings property represents an investment and therefore needs to generate positive cash flow for the owners.
