Agent’s note:

The development of Sizewell C.

As part of the preparations being made by EDF for the construction of the twin nuclear reactor power station at Sizewell near on the Suffolk Coast (‘Sizewell C’), a pre-construction site is planned near Eastbridge. In order to off-set the prospect of such impact upon any future owner, the guide price for the Property has been significantly discounted to a level that seeks to take into account the proposed construction of Sizewell C.

Latest details of the power station development can be found at and

The neighbouring two properties have a pedestrian right of access across the front of the house.
