There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and an outside clothesline. There is a cleaner who does two hours a week cleaning the communal areas. Non-smoking. Other tenants are working young professionals and all graduates who are very sociable and organise nights out etc. Son has flat at the rear of the property and is available at most times for viewings and to deal with any other issues. Pets allowed by request.
