At the rear of the property is a drying area and housing for the gas bottles. To the side is a good size lockable wooden storage unit for garden tools. Towards the front is an outside shower (next to the sunbathing area) and also a built in BBQ. Although the house is semi-detached, it has privacy and is not overlooked.

This is a lovely, traditional, Portuguese style, family house, offering a great property for permanent residence or peaceful holidays. Considering the rarity of such properties, especially in this area, early viewing is recommended.
