The house is very close to the town centre (just off bottom of High Street, near Loreburn Shopping Centre) and has a beautiful view, to the front, of river and parkland. There's a private car park and it's an easy walk / short taxi ride to the railway station. The tenants are peaceful and considerate professionals. There are 2 clean and tidy kitchens and a large shared sitting room (uncrowded because most rooms in this house are huge, with sofas). There are washing machines and dryers, and utilities, council tax, licence for communal TV and wifi are included in the rent. There's a weekly cleaner for the shared areas. The management provides a 24 hour emergency callout service. Sorry, parties are not allowed as the tenants are working people but visits from a peaceful friend are fine. Smoking is strictly outside only. Sensible students would be considered. Pets would be considered if not felt to compromise the welfare of the housemates or the pet to live here.
