The Property

The property makes for the perfect home for a single person or couple. Double bedroom with bed, shelving and two cupboard/corridor wardrobes provide ample clothing storage space.

The bathroom has a shower/bath which provides hot immediate water, the main shower is supplied by an immersion heater with a double heating coil allowing heating of water during the night at a lower rate. The flat does not have a garden area but the estate is green with lawns and trees and a park fifty yards away. It's a ten minute walk to the River Lee Navigation canal and a ten minute drive to Epping Forest which both afford the opportunity for scenic walks and exercise.
