Ashburton little more than five minutes drive to the south-west and has an excellent range of shops and everyday amenities whilst the larger market town of Newton Abbot is around a fifteen minute drive. The A38 for Exeter and Plymouth can be accessed just a few minutes drive down the road at Caton/Goodstone.
