    The local area offers an excellent balance of convenience, amenities, and green space. There is a fantastic range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. Public transport links are excellent, with regular bus, tram, and rail services providing quick access to the city centre and surrounding areas. The streets are clean and well-maintained, and bin collections are reliable. There are also several parks and open spaces nearby. While traffic can occasionally be busy during peak times, this is a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the area. It feels safe, vibrant, and well-connected, making it a great place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has always responded quickly and effectively to any issues I have raised. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring residents have a positive living experience, (Mia was especially patient, friendly and consistent). It has been reassuring to know that support is readily available whenever needed.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The quality of the building, the professionalism of the management team, and the excellent local amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything from transport links to nearby shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities is easily accessible. My advice to new residents would simply be to make the most of everything the area has to offer, as there is far more available than you might initially realise.

    Absolutely great location for convenience, plenty of "Local" versions of supermarkets and lots of nice bars, restaurants along with the chains. Parking for the building isn't great but some parking options are quite well priced.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, immediately after raising concerns in our inventory they reached out and resolved or planned to resolve most things

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The lack of visitor parking or even a pull in for the building - it's been a night mare parking around the corner and then carrying lots of boxes and bulky items we've needed to purchase for our new home. Building should have a few communal trolleys/wagons that would help things like groceries/bulky shopping

    Great location on the Quays, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to everything including the Lowry outlet and Theatre. Parking is quite difficult in the immediate area. On street free parking can be found several minutes away .

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Minor issues on moving in, dealt with efficently .

    Nothing to comment on this area, everything I asked prior to move in was explained .

    Salford Quays reminds me of Londons Canary Wharf which is close to my heart. It’s a convenient location, with the Tram stop and Sainsbury’s a stones throw away. More than convenience, Duet is situated in a picturesque and peaceful area. In an era where working from home is a norm for the majority, Duet really is a blessing in disguise. From the meeting room, to the working space, the on site gym and wonderful concierge; everything works conveniently around everyday life. Duet is exactly what I needed with a busy 9-5. Wi-Fi is is also included, and it’s fast! Again, brilliant if you are working from home and use your laptop a lot! I can’t praise those place enough.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    In a timely manner without hesitation. I had a small minor issue with my shower, and it wasn’t actually an issue! I just needed to know about the booster. This was sorted in 10 mins flat!

    I wish I had not stressed out as much. Everything has worked out just fine.

    The local area is one of the best parts of living at Duet. The location is excellent, with easy access to Manchester city centre, transport, and all essential amenities. It’s vibrant, convenient, and I always feel safe here - which makes a huge difference in everyday life.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues I’ve raised. Communication is clear, and problems are handled in a professional and timely manner, which makes the whole experience very smooth and stress-free.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly, there’s nothing I wish I had known in advance - the experience has met and even exceeded my expectations. If anything, I would say how strong the sense of community is and how well everything is managed, which you don’t fully realise until you live here.
