It's incredibly private and feels like a little sanctuary away from the world. We've spent many happy hours out there, especially when the magnolia tree is in bloom, and it offers a real sense of calm and seclusion that's hard to find so close to the town centre. We've been very happy here and it has been a wonderful family home. The combination of the quiet location, friendly community and convenience of being so close to town is something we'll miss enormously."
