The Garden
The big green garden is a huge part of why we love this house. It is well-established, gloriously peaceful, low-maintenance, and backs directly onto Beulah Hill Park—meaning bird songs fill the air all day long.

* A vegetable patch and shed if you fancy growing your own food.

* Commuting: You can get to London Bridge in about 30 minutes from the front door, or Victoria and Canary Wharf in about 40. We are within walking distance to Crystal Palace, Norwood Junction, and Anerley stations, and the 410 bus stops right across the street.
* Essentials: There’s a GP surgery across the road, and Harris City Academy is just a few minutes’ walk away. For shopping, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Aldi are all close by.
* Nature: Crystal Palace Park is a 10-minute walk, and since Beulah Hill Park is right behind us, it’s exceptionally quiet with plenty of trees and wildlife.
