    The Building

    The elegant Perspective Building was converted from the former MI6 Building by Crest Nicholson in a £50 million redevelopment completed in 2003.

    Besides being a very stylish construction with a very elegant glass entrance the Perspective Building it is also a very secure place thanks to the key fob entry system, the CCTV monitoring system and the single entrance where the 24-hour concierge team is always available to help. Rubbish is collected by the concierge team directly from the flat.

    There is a very friendly atmosphere in the building thanks to many of its residents who have been living there for a long time. A communal garden, where the annual residents’ summer party is held, is also available as a venue for residents' private events. Cyclists can make use of the internal secure bicycles storage.

    The building is serviced by 4 very large lifts and this means you will never need the stairs. Each lift has got a 90 cm (W) x 200 cm (H) door and its internal dimensions are 151 cm (D) x 170 cm (W) x 202 cm (H).
