        About us and what we are looking for in tenants:
        We are two teachers with three growing children (now 9, 11 and 13). We have been working overseas for the past 6 years and have had great tenants who have now invested in their own house in the area, having enjoyed living in Charlton so much for the past 6 years! This is our family home and we are looking for tenants who are going to respect, enjoy and look after it while we are living overseas long term. We have always had a good relationship with our neighbours, as did our recent tenants, and Hopedale Road is a very friendly, family-orientated street so we would love to have tenants who would appreciate and benefit from the community. 
        We are looking for medium-long term tenants so please only get in touch if you would be prepared to sign a minimum 12 month contract (and would preferably be looking to stay longer term).
