It is quiet and peaceful: we are looking to find the right person that will also fit with our lifestyle and who will enjoy living at our home (no couples or night workers please).

The house is excellently located near Wimbledon College of Arts and Wimbledon School of English, a 5 minute walk from both Wimbledon Station (district line connections to Putney, Fulham Broadway, South Kensington and Victoria, also direct train to Waterloo) and South Wimbledon Stations (northern line). Tram is also very conveniently behind the property, taking you directly inside Wimbledon station for access to central London in only 15 mins from door to door.

The rent is purposely offered at a low affordable student friendly rate of £1199 plus £100 contribution to bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, super high speed broadband), a total of £1299 a month.
