OWNERS INSIGHT

"We have lived here for 10 years and have been very happy in this home and beautiful area, with country walks and beaches on our doorstep, also very close to all amenities, which are all within walking distance. We have loved our time here, close to the conservation area of Sugar Loaf to the rear of our garden giving us access to wildlife and bird song. The reason we are moving is due to an increase in family size and so we need extra bedrooms and a larger house. This is a beautiful home which we have carried out many renovations and are sure this will be a very happy home for someone who chooses to live here."
