The block
A friendly 12 flat block, tucked away just off Bellenden Road with a gated entrance and door access for security. A parking space is included.
The location
You step straight out onto Bellenden Road, with its well known restaurants, fishmonger, butcher, general store and grocer right on your doorstep. Peckham Rye station is a 5 to 7 minute walk, with everything from Peckhamplex and Frank's rooftop bar to Bussey Building and Peckham's cocktail bars close by. East Dulwich is a 10 minute walk, with its own shops and cafes. Parks are close too.
The tenant
We’re looking for someone reliable and respectful, who’ll treat the flat as a home rather than just a place to stay. We’ve lived here for six years and loved every bit of it and sad to leave, so we want someone who’ll love it too. Get in touch if you think it’s the right place for you! Personally, we feel like the flat works best with a couple, who would use the second bedroom as a study in order to maximise the lovely living room space.
