An integrated communal fire-alarm system is installed and carefully maintained on a weekly and annual basis by the freeholder's Management Company. The gardens and common parts of the house are kept to the high standard expected of a Grade I listed house. The flat is suited to professional people willing to fit into the quiet spirit and atmosphere of the house.
