4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the DA12 2FY area has both positives and negatives. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, making everyday errands convenient. Transport links are good, with easy access to Gravesend town centre, the train station and bus routes. The riverside is a nice place to walk during the day, but it can become quite noisy at night, with groups of people gathering and causing disturbance. Parking is one of the biggest issues, as finding a space can be very difficult, especially in the evenings. Traffic can also be busy at peak times. Overall, the area is convenient for amenities and transport, but the lack of parking and occasional late-night noise can affect the quality of living.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has generally been responsive and professional when issues have been raised. My only suggestion for improvement would be resolving parking-related issues more quickly, as this has been an ongoing concern. Aside from that, communication and the overall management of the building have been good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited parking can be, especially during the evenings, as finding a space can sometimes be difficult. I’d also recommend making full use of the concierge team they’re friendly, helpful and a great resource if you have any questions after moving in. Overall, it’s a secure and well-managed building, and the balcony views are definitely one of the highlights.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I am really happy after moving to my new apartment, the location is perfect for me as it is very close to the town and the train station as well, the view is amazing as it is in river side, basically everything is so close and also all the bars and pubs and clubs are just walking distance and the nightclub that I work is just 2 mins walk away so it’s perfect for me. The only small problem is the parking for which I am waiting really bad. So yeah very happy with Charter.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response of the building management is really good. I am happy about that.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The view from my apartment is really great which I didn’t seen during viewing.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is great and easily accessible! Obsessed with my view. However being on a one way road and lack of parking causes all sorts of problems especially when having friends/family over, getting deliveries and just simply coming home from work. Just a bit stressful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been responsive and supportive but still trying to find solutions to some issues!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the car park isn’t going to be finished in July, we won’t see our bills straight away. The address still isn’t registered properly so admin things may take longer than expected.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s great being in the middle of Gravesend! The train station is an 8 minute walk, stunning views of the Thames, and shops and restaurants just a 2 minute walk away. Parking will be great when the structure is completed but at the moment it’s free in the car park overnight from 6pm - 8am which is helpful for evening guests! It’s super quiet and we’ve really been enjoying it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been okay! Keen to have the workmen back on site for quick fixes and any issues!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How nice it is to be right on the water and the views are stunning!
