OWNERS INSIGHT

"We have lived in this property for thirty two years, and it has been a wonderful home for our family throughout that time. We came here needing to downsize slightly from our previous home, and this property ticked every box, it gave us the space to comfortably put up family when they came to stay, and in later years it worked beautifully as an income property with students. One of the things we have always loved most is the location. We are close to Torquay town, so everything we need has been within easy reach, and there is a lovely park just at the end of the road, which has been a real joy over the years, whether for a quiet walk or simply enjoying the green space on our doorstep. Now feels like the right time for us to downsize again, this time to somewhere with more level access and closer to the shops. It is not a decision we have taken lightly, as this house has given us so many happy years, but we are looking forward to the next chapter."
