The bathroom consists of a matching white suite comprising of a thermostatic shower, a toilet and a wash basin set in a vanity unit.

This beautiful property also benefits from an air source heat pump which provides energy efficient heating, a parking space and double glazing. The landlady will cover the cost of maintaining the hot tub but a quarterly charge is payable for the emptying and cleaning.

Services to the property include mains electricity, water and sewerage. Broadband is included in the rent and a good mobile signal is likely outside the property but may be variable inside depending on which network you are with.

The council tax is band C and the property will be managed by Northwood.
