Services: Mains water and electricity are connected. Biomass heating. Shared village sewage system. Good broadband speed of approximately 70Mb. Fibre to the Home is soon to be available through Alncom, probably December 2026.
Central Heating: Font House is currently connected to the village biomass district heating system. The new owner is not obliged to remain on the system but would have to arrange their own disconnection. The cost of the biomass heat is 7.6p/kwh plus 5% VAT at the date of launch.
