5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Bloom East has exceeded our very high expectations!! We knew it would be great to have easy access to the Battersea Power Station (and its tube station) but we didn’t fully appreciate how great it would be. The M&S supermarket is a particularly nice resource, in addition to the waitrose that’s so close to Bloom 9 Elms
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the maintenance team, including Malachy, has always been extremely prompt and courteous
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The availability of tube and bus transport is excellent but takes some time to figure out

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Honestly, I’m really glad I moved to Momento Hayes about a year ago when I relocated here for work. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving to another country in the next few months for work again… and I’m genuinely gutted because I’ve actually really enjoyed living here! 😭 If I ever move back to the UK in the future, Momento in HAYES will definitely be my first choice again! :)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
And a special shout-out to Emeric absolute star. ⭐ Whenever I’ve had an issue in the flat, he sorts it out so quickly. He’s also helped me figure out how to use things in the flat when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Very useful when you’re trying to work out whether you’re operating the heating or accidentally launching a spaceship.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, I’ve genuinely loved my time at Momento Hayes. I’m really sad that I have to leave, but I’m grateful for the past year and for how friendly and supportive everyone has been. Would definitely recommend Momento especially if you like clean amenities, good coffee, friendly people and occasionally standing in a queue for that coffee like it’s the last cup on Earth. 😂

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quiet and convenient for day-to-day living, and Hayes & Harlington station is only a short walk away. The Elizabeth line makes travelling into central London very easy and quick, which is a huge advantage. There are supermarkets and useful local amenities nearby, although the immediate area does not have as many cafés, restaurants or places to explore as some more central parts of London. Overall, it is a comfortable and practical place to live, especially if you value a quieter home environment with easy access to central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication is clear, and maintenance requests are usually dealt with quickly and efficiently. Inga and the rest of the team are also very approachable, which makes it easy to ask for help or discuss anything related to the apartment or the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had realised before moving in just how convenient the Elizabeth line would make travelling into central London. Hayes may look quite far out on the map, but in practice the journey into central London is very quick and straightforward. The immediate area is quieter and has fewer cafés and restaurants than more central neighbourhoods, so it is better suited to someone who values a peaceful home environment and does not mind travelling into central London for more entertainment and dining options.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Canning Town is genuinely an exciting place to call home right now, especially with all the regeneration constantly bringing fresh energy, smart new developments, and vibrant community spaces to the neighborhood. The local setup is super convenient. You’ve got fantastic independent spots right on your doorstep, with Canary Wharf and Westfield Stratford just minutes away for world-class dining, shopping, and green parks. Connectivity is arguably the best part; having both the Jubilee Line and DLR at Canning Town station makes getting into Central London or Canary Wharf practically effortless. Overall, it feels modern, incredibly well connected, and like a neighborhood that’s truly hitting its stride.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management handles issues with exceptional efficiency and transparency—you are never left in limbo like I’ve experienced at previous places. Every request is promptly acknowledged, dealt with directly, or escalated whenever necessary, always coming back with a straightforward and accommodating response. The front-of-house team is outstanding across the board. The reception and security staff are consistently brilliant, with Ahmad and Mo acting as true ambassadors for the development, and Samson always going above and beyond to be super helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known just how much a genuine sense of community and care can transform your daily living experience. Coming from a place where you barely knew your neighbours and issues often fell into a black hole, moving here has been a complete breath of fresh air. From the front-of-house and security teams knowing you by name to management actively organising resident events like yoga and workout sessions, there is a real, tangible effort to bring people together. You aren't just renting an apartment here—you are joining a warm, respectful, and thoughtfully managed community that actually cares about making you feel at home.
