This is a great spot in which to relax in front of the telly and has stylish flooring, stairs to the first floor with understairs cupboard and a door to the kitchen-diner. The modern fitted kitchen has a good amount of work top space whilst there is plenty of room for a table and chairs. Completing the ground floor is the conservatory which has doors to both the garden and the garage. Moving upstairs, both bedrooms are good double rooms and feature fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom is a particularly good size and accommodates the sellers enormous bed. The bathroom meanwhile has been modernised with tasteful tiles, a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin whilst a window provides good natural light.
Externally the property has a small front garden with a path to the front door as well as driveway parking which leads to the garage. This has tandem space for two cars whilst the rear garden is a great size and is laid to a blend of lawn and gravel. There is a selection of small plants and a patio space at the foot of the garden.

On the fringe of the town centre, you find Trowbridge Town Park, a large open space with a host of activities, tree lined paths and a riverside walk to Biss Meadows Country Park. St Stephens Place provides several dining options along with a multi-screen cinema complex. There are a wide variety of historic buildings around the town along with a selection of beautiful walks nearby, including the Kennet and Avon Canal and Southwick Country Park. The town has superb transport links with Trowbridge station providing access to London as well as a short ride to the world heritage city of Bath.
