Why we love it here:
Our favourite thing about our home is the tree lined view and bright light streaming in from every window. We love being tucked away from the road and it feels like village living in zone 3! The neighbours are lovely and there is every amenity on your doorstep. Being here has suited us both as young professionals before we had children with the proximity to Dulwich, Crystal Palace & Brixton - and now as parents there are so many things to do with children, likeminded families, and some of south London's best parks nearby. We will truly miss both our lovely secluded home and the location.

DIRECTIONS
Baird Gardens is a private cul-de-sac forming part of the exclusive Dulwich Wood Estate and runs just off College Road. Perfectly appointed for amenities of Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace.
