5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think its quite convenient. The only downside is the area around at late nights. Apart from that everything is great
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very quick. And its super easy to do this via the app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t think I have anything to add here. In general was a good experience

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The environment is very friendly and supportive for the people who live here. The technology is quite new, and sometimes it can be a little difficult to use. Having physical fobs as an alternative could make access easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Amazing service. The team responds very quickly and always makes the process easy and convenient whenever an issue is raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I honestly don’t have anything negative to mention. Everything has been very good so far, and I’ve been really happy with the development and the overall experience.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects are that the area has a very nice community and feels safe and welcoming. Security is very good, and the staff are always helpful and supportive. Eva in particular has been very kind and always willing to help whenever we have needed assistance. The area is also convenient, with good access to local shops, restaurants and transport links. The main negative point is that the bin area can sometimes become a little smelly, although overall the building and surrounding area are well maintained.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
ery good overall. We only had one issue, and the team responded and resolved it quite quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that there was parking available on site.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Momentum Hayes. The amenities are spot on, particularly the gym and co-working spaces, which are well maintained and make everyday living much more convenient and enjoyable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Eric is genuinely one of those people who makes you think, “Why can’t everyone be like this?” Polite, disciplined, responsible, and clearly someone who takes his job very seriously possibly more seriously than some of us take our own lives! 😂 He doesn’t just turn up, fix something and disappear into the sunset. He actually makes sure the job is done properly and that everything is working as it should. And then, to my surprise, he even gave me a mini masterclass on how to clean the ventilation filters and keep the system running properly. At this point, I’m pretty sure I’m slowly completing my own maintenance apprenticeship under Eric. 😂
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
And honestly, these little interactions make a huge difference when choosing somewhere to live. A nice building, a good gym and great amenities are all fantastic, but having a maintenance team that is responsive, professional and genuinely cares takes the experience to another level.

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I had a good time at the well house property while staying at the property for close to 3 years however I was in for a rude shock when I vacated the property, the management wanted to deduct £1350 of my £1600, after having thoroughly cleaned the property through professional cleaners prior handing over, unfortunately I had to take this matter to the DPS-Dispute protection scheme and finally £300 was deducted and my entire £ 1300 was returned back to me. These developers try to do up the whole flat with your hard earned money, painting, steam iron the curtains etc read your agreement diligently and keep records of maintenances and all your correspondence with management which actually saved me and in the end fight for your right.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they do most of the time, however had a tough time with the leak in the bathroom wall which had to be left till we vacated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I knew that the windows are not sound roof and one can still hear the Nosie of the train
