The front entrance is on the middle floor (floor 3 of 5) and this is where the entrance hall, residents lounge and bar area are located. Suites 3 and 4 are one flight of stairs up on the first floor and Suites 5 and 6 are on the second floor. Suite 2 is located one flight of stairs down from the entrance floor and Suite 1 is below at garden level. There is no lift.
The Regency also has a sun terrace, extensive landscaped gardens, an outdoor bar and a brook to sit and relax at the end of the day.
Each apartment is fully self contained and has a full kitchen including oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and gas central heating.
Apartments are priced from £295 per week (1 bed) including all bills. There is a £70 initial cleaning and preparation fee which includes clean laundry and towels.
House trained pets are welcome.
