Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I looked at many different buildings around Birmingham, however non of them had the same level of quality and feel to the place. The location is great as you are an 8 min walk from the centre but far enough out so the noise and chaos doesn’t affect you. There is also food shops a few minutes walk away. Broad street also has plenty of options for bars and restaurants too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This has always been dealt with swiftly. I’ve on,y had a couple of problems in the last 14 months of living here and they have been fixed quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community of people here is great. You can be as involved in it, or if it’s not your thing, you can stay out of it. The staff team are dead friendly. The area is a lot quieter than I thought it would be considering it’s on broad street.

I absolutely love living at Momento Hayes! The building is beautiful, modern, and really well maintained. My flat is lovely full of natural light, airy, and such a comfortable place to live. I also love the gym, which is a great bonus. Overall, I’m really happy here and would highly recommend Momento Hayes to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team, especially Emeric, is knowledgeable, professional, and quick to sort out any issues. The security team also gives us peace of mind and makes us feel safe and comfortable living here. It’s reassuring to know that help is always available when needed!

The team puts on fantastic resident events, which make living at Momento Hayes even more special. It’s been such a lovely way to meet people and feel part of a community. I’m really going to miss these events and the wonderful atmosphere they create! Highly recommend

I absolutely love living here and think Momento is a real addition to Staines. The area is lovely, and there's a genuine sense of community that makes it feel like home. We had been searching for a place since March and honestly wish we'd known about Momento sooner. The location is fantastic, the amenities are excellent, and the team are always friendly, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to Geanne for her warm and welcoming demeanour, and to Djellza, who is always quick, efficient, and my go-to person whenever I need assistance. I was also incredibly impressed when I reported a broken door downstairs and it was fixed within just 15 minutes. That level of responsiveness really shows how much the team care about residents and the building. Overall, this is an outstanding place to live with a wonderful community atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've lived at Momento since June and, honestly, I haven't had to raise any concerns so far. Everything has been well managed, the team are always helpful and responsive, and my experience as a resident has been very positive. It's reassuring to live somewhere where things run smoothly and where any questions or requests are handled professionally. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One piece of feedback I would share is that I wish I had known unfurnished apartments were available. When I first viewed the property, the show apartment was furnished, which gave me the impression that all apartments came furnished. It would have been helpful to know about the unfurnished options from the start, as having that choice may have influenced my decision. Aside from that, my experience has been excellent, and I've been very happy living here.

I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and welcoming place to call home. The location is perfect, with everything you need close by, making day-to-day life incredibly convenient. The amenities are excellent and really add to the overall living experience. The team are always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed, which makes a huge difference and creates a real sense of community. I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, the amenities are excellent, and the team are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Having an onsite gym is a great bonus, even if I don't get to use it as often as I'd like, and I love the stylish décor throughout the building. The only minor downside is that the coffee machine occasionally runs out of milk, which can be a little disappointing. We were definitely spoiled at the beginning when there were two coffee machines available! It would also be nice to have some stirrers provided, although that's not essential. Overall, it's a great place to live, with a wonderful team, excellent facilities, and a location that's hard to beat.

I was also really impressed with how quickly maintenance issues are dealt with. I reported a broken door downstairs, and it was fixed within just 15 minutes. The speed and efficiency of the response exceeded my expectations and showed how committed the team is to looking after the building and its residents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly wish we had known about Momento sooner. We had been searching for a place since March, and finding this community felt like hitting the jackpot. The location, amenities, décor, and sense of community are all amazing. The team have been fantastic throughout, always friendly, approachable, and quick to help.

I love that we have canning town station right by us with jubilee line and DLR. Also big supermarkets like Morrisons and Lidl

Building management are very responsive and always make sure issues are resolved promptly.

I didn’t know about the social events and parties we have through the year (like christmas, summer, etc). So amazing !! I always try to attend to all if possible.
