We’re looking for a happy, lively family to make this little home their own on a long-term basis.
We’ve poured our savings, our time and our hearts into this house. Every corner has been carefully thought through, every space lovingly finished, and our original dream was to welcome families on holiday — particularly those with several children, who can be surprisingly difficult to accommodate comfortably.
Unfortunately, that dream wasn’t to be. Following an objection from a neighbour, our holiday-let application was refused by the council. So, after a little heartbreak, we’re choosing to look at things differently.
Perhaps this house was always meant to be a proper family home after all. And perhaps there’s no better way to embrace that than by welcoming a family who will fill it with laughter, happy memories, the occasional tantrum and all the beautiful chaos that comes with children growing up.
We do have one neighbour who might need a little reminding that the sound of children playing is one of life’s happier noises. Thankfully, the rest of our neighbours are lovely!

The house is on the smaller side, but every bit of space has been put to good use. It’s a home we’ve invested an enormous amount in, and we’re looking for tenants who will appreciate it, care for it and treat it with the same love and respect we have.
Ideally, we’re looking for a family without dogs, simply because of the size of the property.
