A big thanks to Dave, Darren, Ben & Charlie - they’re always on hand to help and make life at Oxbow very comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team are quick to respond to any issues, always do a top job and generally are all very friendly and amiable. They make living at Oxbow feel like a home. A special shoutout to Dave and Ben - they’ve been brilliant the entire time I’ve been here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only issue is with the Wi-Fi provider. None of the big providers work in the building.

We are in the middle of the town centre, and we have access to lots of restaurants. I usually drive, but the station is close by as well. Shopping is great around here; I normally use Sainsbury's and Lidl, and I also shop at TK Maxx.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't raised any issues yet, but I do have some scratches on the floor. I'm sure the maintenance team is great too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No comment on this, as I don't have anything to raise at all.

This building is perfect location to schools, grocery, retail, battersea power station, etc. Noise level is low. Feels like a busy city setting within a nice community where everyone knows each other.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance and management have been great! Ty & Reuben helped me this week in maintenance. The girls that work the front desk are also fantastic. Anu & Sydney to name a couple, but they are ALL great!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Getting parcels can be an issue so I try not to order anything online. They should have someone organizing that room more because the mailmen don’t put things in the correct flats.
